

Douglas Vincent, Chief Operating Officer
Douglas Vincent has over 20 years of combined operational, appraisal, collateral risk, collateral automation, operations, senior and executive management related experience in various capacities; including senior level roles at several top Fortune 500 Companies.
In his most recent role at Citigroup, which was the largest bank in the world at the time, he developed a collateral risk oversight structure for their real estate lending business, established policies and procedures related to collateral automation, property valuation, and model validation and testing methodologies, developed the materials used to create an online automated valuation training course, presented U.S. housing market perspectives on global conference calls, resolved collateral automation compliance issues with federal regulators, and chaired their collateral risk oversight subcommittee.
Vincent's experience includes role as CEO of Zaio Corporation, a
national database and technology company traded on the TSX-V exchange, where he rejoined after being recruited by their Board of Directors; he previously served as Managing Director of Corporate Development. Prior to such, he was an Executive-Vice President and Chief Collateral Officer for Countrywide Bank.
Vincent has served as the National Chief Appraiser for GMAC-RFC, and as National Chief Reviewer, National Quality Assurance Analyst, and National Review Manager for RELS, Inc., which is a joint venture between Wells Fargo and First American Financial.
He has also served as a board member for a City Board of Tax Appeal and Equalization, including being elected Chairman; a speaker at industry related conferences to state and federal regulatory agencies, is a multi-year member of the Appraisal Foundation’s Industry Advisory Council; has done superior court testimony for tax appeals, divorce, and bankruptcy cases, representing individuals and lending institutions; and is a state approved Instructor for appraisal licensing and continuing education.
Vincent is the recipient of numerous corporate awards and in 2007 October Research Publications selected him as a top 40 under 40 executive winner; spanning the entire settlement services industry.
